Radiance Surfboards has been on the German market with its river surfboards for a year now. For a long time, buying our surfboards required pre-order times of over two months. Our river surfboards are now available immediately! But what is behind the increasing popularity of river surfboards? What makes Radiance Surfboards different from its competitors? 1. Production
Our river surfboards are produced in Europe. More precisely in the TwinsBros factory in Livorno, Italy. There, the high-quality blank is first milled with a CNC machine, which ensures that every board is the same. For you, this means: You get exactly the same board that you test surfed. The finish, as well as the rails, are then reworked to create the perfect blank. The glassing is also flawless every time thanks to the TwinsBros factory's over 30 years of production experience and a perfect ventilation system. All of our boards have a coarser sanded finish. We don't hide production errors with clear varnish, but sort them out straight away! We never compromise on quality.
2. Reinforcements
To meet the special requirements of river surfing, all of our boards come with reinforced fin boxes and carbon reinforcements in the tail as standard. Our reinforced fin boxes are what really set us apart from the competition, as our technology is completely new and unique. This meant that not a single fin box broke off our boards in our entire first season. So you get a solid board for all waves without paying any extra costs. For spots where the wave is between stone walls or concrete, we recommend our rail reinforcements.
If that is not enough, we also offer all desired upgrades such as epoxy glassing or rail reinforcements made of Innegra, Kevlar etc.!
3. Customer support
Since the entire Radiance team surfs themselves, you can be sure that we understand your needs very well. 4. Involvement in the river surfing scene
Radiance Surfboards is committed to building new standing waves. Since Germany plays an important role as the country of origin of this fascinating sport, we are convinced that it is important to continue to promote it. Two of our founders are actively involved in the "Welle Regensburg" association to strengthen and expand the river surfing community. With the numerous rivers in our country, we are firmly convinced that Germany offers ideal conditions for river surfing. Our goal at Radiance Surfboards is to promote this unique sport and to allow it to flourish so that river surfing becomes even more popular and well-known in Germany.
